I have been serving as a teacher, leader, and coach in Wake County, NC Public and Public Charter Schools since 1996. It’s been a wild adventure! As a lifelong learner, the most significant thing I’ve come to understand is that we are all part of a network of connected humans; A system that can only be as effective and healthy as the people involved.

While my job has been in the field of education, my life’s work has been around developing my own skills of discernment and inner knowing. I am fluent and comfortable in both the language of education and the language of the spiritual/metaphysical. I customize my support based on your preferences.
